The following T&Cs apply to all transactions. Placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these T&Cs. Please read them carefully.
By placing an order, you warrant that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
All prices listed are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change the prices of any product at any time. All prices are INCLUDING VAT. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Base Furnishings Ltd until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you.
Before placing an order, please ensure all items of furniture will fit through any doorways, hallways, stairs, and landings on route to the required room. In the event that you make a purchase that cannot be delivered, you will be liable for inbound and return shipping charges
Deliveries are made by courier services or by post for smaller packages. We shall not be held responsible should you dispose of your current furniture before our delivery. Please carefully check all boxes for damages. All visible damages should be noted on the delivery note and should also be notified to our sales offices within 24 hours.
We accept all major credit and debit cards Visa / Visa Electron, Master Card and Switch / Maestro. Payments can also be made by bank transfers (a scanned copy of the transfer will be required after payment is made by email to shop@designfurnitureoutlet.co.uk), we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared.
While we make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, variations may occur. Images on our website are for illustrative purposes, and actual products may differ. If you have specific questions about a product, please contact our sales offices for clarification before making a purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase (excluding Beds, Mattresses, Window Treatments and Bespoke / Special Orders) you have seven days if you wish to return it. Should you wish to return the goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the goods. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. Refunds will be issued back to your card / bank within 14 days of collection after the goods have been inspected at our distribution centre for damages. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of the refund if items are returned damaged.

All furniture comes with 1 year manufacturer warranty.
The title of goods remains with Base Furnishings Limited until such time as the invoice is paid in full. Once the goods are delivered and installed in the property the risk remains with the client.
We shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery by reason of but not limited to lockdowns, strikes, riots, malicious damage, labour disturbances, trade disputes, government action, (including action by any local or statutory authority), fire, floods, vehicle breakdown, acts of God, delays by suppliers or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.
The Website (including all content, page headers, custom graphics, button icons, and scripts and the presentation, arrangement, coordination, enhancement and selection of such and other information in text, graphical, video and audio forms, images, icons, software, designs, applications, data, and other elements available on or through the Website) is the property of Base Furnishings Ltd and others, and is protected by British and international copyright, trademark and other laws. Your use of the Website does not transfer to you any ownership or other rights on the Website or its content. The Website is made available to you for your lawful, personal use only. You may use the Website only in the manner described expressly in this Agreement and subject to all applicable laws. Using the Website for any other purpose or in any other manner is strictly prohibited. You may print Website pages provided that you do not modify any of the pages and you do not remove or alter any visible or non-visible identification, marks, notices, or disclaimers. Base Furnishings Ltd may in its discretion and for its convenience at any time immediately terminate, temporarily or permanently, this Agreement or your permission to access and use the Website without any notice or liability to you or any other person. If this Agreement or your permission to access or use all or any part of the Website is terminated for any reason, then this Agreement and all other than existing agreements between you and Base Furnishings Ltd will continue to apply and be binding upon you regarding your prior access to and use of the Website, and anything connected with, relating to or arising therefrom.
This Agreement, your access to and use of the Website, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute between you and Base Furnishings Ltd or any other person arising from, connected with or relating to the Website, this Agreement, or any related matters (collectively "Disputes") will be resolved before the British Court, and you hereby irrevocably submit and atone to the original and exclusive jurisdiction of this court in respect of all Disputes.
